The Junior Vendor Services Representative is a growth position assisting the Vendor Services team. This is a key support role that includes a broad range of tasks and provides detailed support to individual projects and processes.

Job Summary:
• Transmit contracts to vendors and confirm receipt
• Recreate contracts using Excel
• Review contracts for alterations
• Maintain contract logs and reports
• Maintain vendor information in database
• Assist VSR’s with processing bulk pickups and other junior purchasing duties
• Work on special projects as needed

• AS degree or working towards degree completion
• Strong computer skills including Excel and the ability to quickly learn and use our database system
• Excellent interpersonal (written and verbal) communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Builds positive team spirit by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships to effectively reach production goals and objectives

• Experience dealing with multiple vendors and contracts
• Knowledge of waste industry experience
• Experience with AS400 system

Compensation: $15 – $17/ hour, 40 hour work week

Job Summary:
• Initiate telephone contact with prospective clients using outbound lead generation list
• Cold Call prospects to set sales appointments
• Maintain accurate documentation of activity in CRM (Salesforce)
• Actively work with Business Development team to grow sales
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Attend industry and product related training programs and educational forums to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Company and industry

• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• Positive energy and persistence
• Be a creative self-starter with self-discipline who works well individually as well as with the team
• Are a consistent performer who is not easily distracted
• Excellent communication and great phone presence a must

Compensation: Telemarketing Specialists have a potential to earn between $45,000 – $60,000 annually including Commissions. Hourly rate is $18-$20.
