Customer satisfaction resonates throughout the entire NWA organization. Our skilled account managers truly and actively manage their accounts. They specialize in developing and maintaining the relationships our client’s value as is illustrated by the average tenure of each NWA account manager. In conjunction with tenure, each of our account managers has a very limited number of accounts, typically one to three. This allows for the focus and attention that our customers grow to value. Each team member is educated on the importance of consistently delivering the highest quality of customer contact our clients require. Our account managers are responsible for virtually all aspects of the locations under their care. They are knowledgeable in all aspects of support and help desk related requirements. Our highly trained staff is adept at troubleshooting, evaluation and escalation procedures. Whether it’s a service adjustment or an immediate need, NWA has the support professionals to assist you.
As part of NWA’s service, each customer is enrolled in our ‘Value Add’ program which is a separate set of professionals who work with the account managers to routinely and relentlessly seek valuable opportunities for each customer on a very individual basis. These efforts are performed throughout the year and are reported back to our customers.
