NWA360 Online Reporting FAQs

Check out our FAQs for answers to the most common questions about how you can get the most out of the reporting, and how it fits in as part of the service that NWA provides to you.

Absolutely there is! For detailed, step-by-step guidance on using the reporting, you can download our user manual here.

NWA360 consists of two reporting dashboards:

An Operational Dashboard, which provides you with a complete overview of the operational activity from an account level, all the way down to your individual sites. You will find reports on tonnage activity by material and location, recycling percentage, load optimization activity and quality of service.

A Financial Dashboard, which provides you with information related to the financial status of your entire account. You will find reports showing the savings that NWA has generated for your business from audits of your invoices, and the locations that we manage on your behalf.

You can filter the results by any date range that you are interested in reviewing, with data going back to the start of your service.

By default, the charts and tables in the reporting dashboards provide management information at the entire account level.

You can filter the operational data right down to an individual site level, or you can choose to view data for a group of sites. This enables you to compare operational activity from one location to another.

You can also drill into the data provided in the financial reporting to see the exact locations where savings were generated for your business through audits of invoices.

We upload new data monthly, providing you with all your account’s operational and financial information up to and including the end of the previous month.

Your account manager will be able to help you with any questions related to your account’s data in NWA360. Just send them an email or give them a call at 888-692-5005 x0 and they will be happy to review it with you.

All of the basic technical instructions, along with step-by-step guidance on using the reporting software, are included in the user manual which you can download here.

If you’re having problems with the functionality of the reporting platform, contact your account manager at 888-692-5005 x0 and they will be able to help you.

In some cases, it may be possible for us to make changes to your reporting dashboards so that they can provide your management data in a format that is more relevant to your business needs.

Contact your account manager to discuss your requirements, and they will assess them with the technical team.

Initially you will continue to receive the Value Summary via email. However, the sections of management reporting that are now covered in the NWA360 online reporting tool will no longer be provided in the PDF. This is because we have been able to incorporate more data into NWA360, to provide you with more accurate and up-to-date information than the original Value Summary provided.

You will receive a monthly email from NWA360, which provides you with a summary of the previous month’s management data. This will replace the current Value Summary.

We will be regularly adding new reporting sections to NWA360 so that all of your management information is held together in one easy-to-access place. As we do so, we will remove these sections from the Value Summary PDF, until you only receive one report from NWA360.

We will no longer send out Excel Tonnage Reports, as this data is now provided in NWA360. This enables you to log on whenever is convenient, and to filter by the date range that is of interest to you. You can export the reports generated in NWA360 to various file types, including PDF, Excel, image (png) and PowerPoint.

The data provided in the tonnage reports will also be included in the monthly management reports that you will receive from NWA360.

Absolutely yes! Just ask your account manager and they can change your default dashboard view for you. That way, when you log on, you’ll go straight to the data that’s most valuable to you.

Yes, all of the data provided in NWA360 is available for export. You can choose to export the entire dashboard view, or just the specific chart or table that you are interested in.

You also have a choice of file types for export, including PDF, PowerPoint, Image (png) or Excel.
