National Waste Associates Halves Disposal Project Budget for Major Bank
One of North America’s largest National banks came to National Waste Associates (NWA) with a massive and incredibly confidential project that had a very tight timeline.
Over one weekend, while more than 300 branches across the country were rebranded, NWA provided confidential pickups for a variety of waste materials, completing the entire project for less than half the client’s original budget, saving them over $45,000.

Over one weekend, they were going to rebrand more than 300 bank branches across the country, and every location required the immediate, confidential disposal of a variety of waste streams. The bank gave NWA just two weeks’ notice to plan for the entire operation.
NWA’s waste experts conducted a route and schedule analysis for all 300 plus branch locations. This enabled us to plan in the additional pickups required for the rebrand operation for the weekend that the refurbishment work was being carried out.
NWA scheduled every pickup and provided our haulers across the United States with a coded PO and work instruction for each one. Over the weekend of the refurbishment, our project management team tracked the status of every collection, and then debriefed the haulers following the operation to ensure that all collections were undertaken in a timely and confidential manner.
In this way, NWA ensured that our client could conduct their entire rebranding exercise on schedule, safe in the knowledge that all of their confidential material was immediately collected and disposed of.
NWA was able to bring the bank’s project in at $40,978, under half the customer’s estimated costs of $87,000, while also ensuring the absolute confidentiality of their waste disposal.
